REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY:
Your company must be registered in the Exporters Register of
the Customs Administration,(free process). It is necessary
to present a certificate of registration in the IRS, with
Standard Employment ID number invoices for individuals and
Tax indentification number for companies.
PRODUCT HARMONIZED TARIFF CODE
The harmonized tariff code or MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM)
is an alphanumeric code, determined for each product, that
allows exporters obtain the benefits and requeriments for
tariff regimes of each product as well as legal and
technical requirements at the time of exporting the product.
PROFILE OR MARKET RESEARCH:
It is very important to know what are the market demands and
not try to impose a product without a prior demand. We need
to know the production deficiency of the different countries
as well as the possibilities of adding products and customs
duty of each. We must choose the right market for our
products based on needs and demands that make the placement
in international markets easier.
ESTABLISH AN EXPORT CHANNEL:

parties, the payment conditions and validity period of the
offer will be determine.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING OF GOODS:
Usually the exporter takes care about the transport and
hiring of the customs broker, as well as shipping insurance,
although in this case could be an agreement between both
parties to know whether to hire or not the service and
payment methods. This should be taken into account when
tariffs our products.
